What information we process

• When you shop with us: name, address, phone number and email address, as well as information about your orders. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not see them.
• When you apply for a B2B account: company name, CVR or EAN number, VAT number, contact person, address, phone number and email address.
• When you contact us: the information you send us yourself.
• When you visit the website: technically necessary cookies and server logs (IP address, browser and time) for operation and security. If you consent to marketing, we also store how you found the webshop (see the cookie policy).

Purpose and legal basis

• Orders, delivery and customer account: to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
• Bookkeeping and accounts: to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
• B2B account and VAT number check: to enter into and manage the contract with your company (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Enquiries: our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Operation and security: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Marketing cookies: only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Disclosure and data processors

We only disclose the information that is necessary. We never sell your information. Our data processors may only use the information for the agreed purpose and not for their own purposes. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your information.

• Transport: GLS (via Interfjord) receives your name, address, phone number and email address so that the parcel can be delivered.
• Hosting and operation: Slyde ApS, Denmark, runs and maintains the website and webshop.
• Payment: Awaiting DINO: name of the payment provider (expected: QuickPay) The payment provider processes your card details. MobilePay payments are handled by MobilePay.
• Email: order confirmations and other emails are sent via Awaiting DINO: name of the email provider
• VAT check: VAT numbers of business customers in other EU countries are checked in the European Commission’s VIES system.
• Accounting: Awaiting DINO: accounting system, if order data is transferred to it

The webshop also uses WordPress plugins for search engine optimisation (Rank Math) and cookie consent (Complianz). They run on our own server and do not pass on your personal data.

Retention

We delete your information when we no longer need it. Awaiting DINO: proposed retention periods must be approved

• Orders, invoices and other accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
• Customer account and B2B account: as long as the account is active, then 3 years without activity.
• Rejected B2B applications: 6 months.
• Enquiries: 2 years after the last contact.
• Server logs: 30 days.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information we process about you and to receive a copy of it. If the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, you have the right to have your information deleted or restricted, to object to the processing and to receive your information in a common format (data portability). If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to info@dino.dk if you wish to exercise your rights. If you believe that we are processing your information in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk.
